Amy E. Robinson is a skilled litigator with a broad range of experience representing individuals whose rights have been violated. Her practice primarily focuses on representing employees in workplace disputes, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Amy is proud to represent a wide array of employees, from C-suite executives to hourly workers. She regularly counsels employees who have been harassed due to their sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation; working parents seeking accommodations related to pregnancy or other leave issues; people who endure stereotyping and discrimination based on their race or national origin; and others in communities that have historically been marginalized and neglected under the law.
Amy also regularly represents medical residents, fellows, and doctors in disciplinary proceedings, survivors of sexual abuse/assault, and individuals in contract and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining GSA in 2018, Ms. Robinson worked at a civil rights law firm, where she served as lead counsel to victims of government misconduct under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Amy has also successfully defended clients in criminal matters at trial and on appeal.
