We Currently Represent, and Are Investigating Additional Claims on Behalf of, Numerous Individuals Who Were Victims of Sexual Abuse and Harassment.
GSA attorneys Amy E. Robinson, Jason L. Solotaroff, and Catherine E. Anderson have decades of experiences representing survivors and victims of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. GSA attorneys have collectively recovered many millions of dollars on behalf of clients who have suffered sexual abuse and/or harassment. We understand the nuances and sensitivities of these cases and employ a trauma-informed approach when working with clients who have experienced sexual harassment and/or abuse.
Our attorneys have been successful in negotiating favorable outcomes for our clients, including pre-litigation (before a case is filed in court). When obtaining a resolution is not possible before litigation, we are unafraid to file a case and aggressively litigate in court. If you are a survivor of sexual harassment, sexual assault, or sexual abuse and would like to consult with our attorneys who specialize in these areas of the law, please contact us. All information submitted will be held in strict confidence.
Notable results include (but are not limited to):

- Thompson et al v. Corizon Health, Inc. et al (1:18-cv-07139): Settled a multi-plaintiff sexual harassment case against the City of New York and a private health care provider for a combined $1.35 million.
- Zakrzewska v. The New School, et al, (1:06-cv-05463): In this groundbreaking case, New York’s highest court held that employers are strictly liable for harassment by supervisors under the New York City Human Rights Law—meaning they can be held liable even if they were unaware of the harassment.
- John Doe v. Archdiocese of NY, et al (Index No. 160239/2021): Currently represent a man who was groomed and sexually abused by his trusted teacher and mentor, a Capuchin monk, starting he was just 8 years old.
- Williams, et al v. Trade Off, et al: GSA represented six women in their claims of sexual harassment and retaliation against Trade Off, a subcontractor that staffs construction sites with nonunion workers. Tierra Williams was fired just two days after reporting the ongoing sexual harassment that she had been subjected to for years on construction sites. Trade Off settled with the six women represented by GSA and complainants represented by other counsel for $1.5 million.
- Obtained nearly seven-figure settlement on behalf of client who suffered egregious sexual harassment in the workplace.
